12. Harnessing the Power of Positive Peer Pressure
Brett and Perry recently climbed Mount Leconte with their boys in an effort to put them in a position to answer the question, Do I have what it takes? The hike was beautiful and incredibly rewarding, but most importantly it revealed several important lessons about fatherhood.
In this episode we debrief the adventure, share funny stories experienced by the boys, discuss the value of what we call "positive peer pressure" and explore how it benefitted the boys on this trip, and wrestle with if/how it's okay for our kids to see us suffer (it turns out fathers aren't actually made of steel!).
Did the boys, indeed, have what it takes? Listen and find out!
