31. Navigating the Trying Teenage Years, with Corey Wilson
Parenting can be challenging under the best of circumstances. But it seems to ratchet up a notch as our kids become teenagers. As such, we need to be even more intentional about initiating them well through the teenage years. We're joined in this episode by Corey Wilson, father of two teenage girls, to discuss the challenges and joys of raising teens. Oh, and did we mention that Corey's daughters are redheads? You can imagine the stories he has to share! Actually, you don't have to imagine.... Hear first-hand in this episode as we explore what works with teenagers, what doesn't, how to expand their freedom in a life-giving way, and why experience is ultimately the best teacher. Corey also gives a powerful reminder at the end of the show about God's ability to show up big-time in the lives of our kids. You won't want to miss it.
