66. Achieving a Happiness Breakthrough, with Dr. Mark Leonard

Happiness. It sounds so enticing, so desirable. We want more happiness in our own lives, and we want our kids to be happy, too. Yet, joy isn't always the first emotion that comes to mind when we think about fatherhood. Being a father is challenging, and sometimes happiness gets lost in the day-to-day stress and challenge of fatherhood. According to Dr. Mark Leonard, founder of The Happiness Breakthrough, we are all capable of achieving more happiness -- and indeed, the formula for a happiness breakthrough is relatively simple. Simple doesn't necessarily mean easy, however. So join us in this wide-reaching conversation as Dr. Leonard walks us through the keys to happiness, why it matters in our fathering, and how to help our kids grow in joy as well.
